LCG for the 5th consecutive year in put on the list of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Portugal.
LCG was once again honored as one of the Top 100 best companies to work in, according to the ranking carried out every year by the magazine Exame, AESE Business School and Everis. This distinction happened for the 4th year running. We thank everyone who contributes everyday to these results! Congratulations team!
The prize giving ceremony of Initiative Best Companies to Work 2016, sponsored by Exame, in partnership with Everis and AESE, took place on 21st November 2016. LCG conquered a spectacular 19th place in the ranking of medium-sized companies, climbing 77 places in this ranking, since the year before, when it had reached 96th place. Congratulations are once again in order, for, amongst hundreds of entries, we were able to be ranked amongst the Top 100 best companies to work for nationwide. The management team will do everything possible to make the year 2017 a year of consolidation for our policies and development practices in Human Capital and Internal Communication. We are counting, yet again, on your active involvement in the multiple initiatives which will be carried out. We thank all of our collaborators for their contribution to this initiative! The Award Ceremony of the Initiative “Excellence in Work 2015”, promoted by Heidrick & Struggles, in partnership with Económico and INDEG/ISCTE, took place at the Hotel D. Pedro, on 2nd February 2018. LCG won an important 9th place in the ranking of medium-sized companies (51 - 250 employees). Congratulations are once again due, because, out of the hundreds of companies participating, we are yet again amongst the Top 10 entities of excellence in Portugal. The 6th edition of this initiative, analysed the cutting edge HR practices in Portugal and awarded the Organisations that most invest in this area. This award hopes to acknowledge the companies that have better Organisational atmosphere and that rise above others, as entities of excellence in Portugal. We recall that last year we reached the 7th position in this competitive initiative, but we still continue to work and consider being part of the Top 10 list of companies of excellence as a very positive result, especially in a year which has been marked by change. Our sincere thank you to everyone for your contribution to this initiative!
The prize giving ceremony of the Initiative Best Companies to Work 2015, hosted by Exame, in partnership with Accenture, took place on 27th January 2015 at the SANA Lisboa Hotel. Congratulations are once again in order, for LCG, amongst hundreds of entries, were able to be ranked amongst the Top 100 best companies to work for nationwide. We overcame the error of the organizers that excluded us temporarily and made us give our answer in a week, whilst all other participants had over 2 months. In spite of these difficulties, the 96th place General category and the 18th place in our Sector of Activity (Consulting, Scientific, Technical and Similars), representing a global level of commitment of 64.82% is in itself a victory. This being so, and given the accentuated growth that we continue to experience (> 60% in 2014), the fact that we will be welcoming tens of new colleagues and the many aspects that we plan to improve at LCG, it is evident that 2015 will be a challenging year. We are therefore counting on (and need) the help of all. We have an enormous responsibility to maintain our presence in the top 100 in the ranking and, if possible, significantly increase our "level of commitment". The management team will do everything possible to make the year 2015 a year of consolidation for our policies and development practices in Human Capital and Internal Communication.
